Carole will tailor a personalized exercise program that will motivate & build confidence while meeting the clients goals. She will guide each client to learn proper form to achieve optimal performance. Personal fitness sessions include Land and/or Water Each session is 55 minutes. Ages 18+. Bi-weekly classes are recommended for quicker progression. One package per client. Non-Transferable.

• Payment methods: Check, Cash & Zelle™ (Send: corefitnessbycarole@gmail.com) • Lessons to be paid 7 days (March-August to be paid 14 days) in advance of scheduled time or it will be cancelled. • If not paid, your time slot will no longer be reserved. • Once payment is received, Packages are non-refundable & non-transferable. • Scheduling is based on current availability.

Your introductory session will include discussion of desires and goal setting. A custom workout plan in water or on land will be created and each session will work towards achieving your goal at a safe pace for your starting fitness level. I will point out your bodily strengths and weaknesses and will show you the correct form & posture to train properly and with less risk to injury.

Exercise and training takes commitment, time and dedication even you are not motivated. Carole will make every attempt to keep you motivated and push you toward your goals. She believes that exercising should be fun, while also being effective. Carole will suggest ways to change or tweak your workouts in an attempt to shake up your exercise routines and create an enjoyable experience for each session. There is nothing more fulling than getting results from your hard work and diligence! Carole is here to make your tailored fitness experience exhilarating and engaging!
